Since its announcement earlier this year, the Young Inventors Prize has caught the attention of young innovators everywhere. If you would like to enter or know someone who you think may be interested, take note of the up-coming virtual roadshow in which the Office will discuss the nomination process, offer practical advice, and answer your questions on the Award and the Young Inventors Prize.

Younger generations play an essential role in shaping our common future, and acknowledging their potential is a must. To encourage the next generation of inventors, the European Patent Office has now established the Young Inventors prize. Aimed at innovators aged 30 and under, it will recognise problem-solving initiatives across all technical fields and offer a cash prize to the winner and two additional finalists.
